Brie

Famed for its fluffy white rind and smooth interior, Brie is a genuine delicacy. Its flavour is soothing, mellow and has a suggestion of nuttiness with subtle tones of fresh mushrooms. A slice of tempered Brie has a soft texture, sometimes slightly runny. Available in two ageing lines, one young and one more mature for those who love strong flavours.
